Final Quadruped Run Cycle

Here's my "final". Any comments would be much appreciated.

  1. looks really good! The only thing that bugs me is that his back half looks a bit detached from his front half. It looks like two animals hopscotching rather than one. You might try offsetting his hind or front leap by just a bit so they hit the ground just a little closer to eachother in terms of time.

  2. Hey man it's improved from the last time, good job.
    I've had a look and I think the main problem is, it's too slow for a run. Also, the back pelvis goes DOWN too low. I take it you watched the slow motion dog run that Justin posted. If you look at that, the level of the pelvis doesnt go up and down too much. Also from the video reference, you'll notice that the back legs DO come forward together, like you have, but they don't land and push back together, like you have. As for his head, neck and shoulders. If you look at the video ref, the shoulders go up as the head and neck pump forward (stretch forward).
